The set up for LWC in the Parish Office Center, LCR:

Remove all tables and chairs from the Large Conference Room by 9:30 Sunday morning

Along the east wall (hall wall) please place:

• one chair near the entrance to the room


• then  a small wood table


• then candle stand and candle


• then two chairs

All chairs can be stacked in the SCR for storage

All narrow tables can go along the hall walls and/or in the Small Conference Room and the circle tables can be put in the SCR.

The FSCR: please set up luch tables in the same manner as you do for student lunches. Place one long table in front of the kitchen window. Trach can near door.

2.  Our total looks like about 175 people attending.

3.   4 rectangle tables at front of FSCR to serve food ( closest to kitchen)
