Three 6 foot tables on stage side of Gym; six chairs. Two tables set to the left of the stage, one table to the right. Coffee machine set up and cups, coffee sugar cream and stirrers,

Please adjust arm to the west door so that it is lighter weight for handicapped. It should not be heavier than 5 lbs to open. Told that is a simple adjustment to the arm (at top of door).
