Katie and Syndey - we will need lunch in classrooms on Tuesday 2/13 AND an alternate dismissal location for bus dismissal on 2/12 (don't want anyone in the gym after set-up)
Jack - the gym will NOT be available for basketball practice on 2/12.
Josh - I need the floors in the gym tarped by 2:00 on 2/12 (Monday). I will also need several long tables and some chairs brought in (more on that later; kids are still planning games).
