The First Eucharist enrollment mass will be like the Confirmation enrollment Mass. Students and families will attend together. They will be invited to sit throughout the church in their "favorite spot". Before the final blessing the students will be invited to the front of the church to present their enrollment commitment pledge to you, the priest. While the students are all gathered in the front you will pray over them and then send them back to their parents. Mass will conclude as usual. Basically, the enrollment mass is the child's public acknowledgement to the parish community that they have been learning about the upcoming sacrament.
