**Requesting that the gym be completed first with the father shields room to follow after lunch allowing ample set up time.

In Gym: 19 rectangular tables, 8 round tables, approx. 200 folding chairs, 4 garbage cans around gym. 1-2 microphones for bingo announcing, extension chords for laptop plug in and anything related to sound/screens that are needed. 

In Father Shields Room: 2 garbage cans, 15 folding chairs, 5-6 folding tables & lunch tables set up in room.

In the  area between FSH and Mr. Bley's classroom: 3 6 ft tables.
